These are the Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) for the Wishable website and our associated apps (the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by We Write the Web Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By continuing to use the Site, you’ll be considered to have accepted these T&Cs.

The Site is provided to you free of charge and may be withdrawn at any time. The Site is offered for your own personal and non-commercial use only.

We cannot be held responsible for items purchased (or not purchased) as a result of your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove user accounts, wishlists, retailers and individual products from the Site at any time and at our sole discretion.

We cannot guarantee that the site will always be available, nor that the Site will not have viruses or other harmful properties. We’re not liable for anything that happens following your use of our Site and it’s your responsibility to put in place your own security measures to make sure any content you access through our Site can’t harm your own computer systems.

Abuse of this platform, or abuse of others on this platform, may result in a permanent ban and/or legal action.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on our Site for any particular purpose.
